engine light on all the time

just installed a SOHC on my 89 crx Si. got the conversion wiring harness installed in into my OBD0-OBD1. using a p28 ecu. it runs great but my engine light is always on. can anyone know what did I do wrong from here?

yes and al I got is 4 and 9 . what is this mean?

Check the stickies, there is a translator chart for codes.
