ill try to help you out- but you really need to research this- i dont know what what ecu a p4 is, but you should run a p28 ecu. it is an obd1 ecu- so you need to buy a jumper harness that will allow you to plug an obd1 ecu into your obd-0
wiring. This harness will also have wires coming off of it to run to your vtec solenoid("v-tech plug") and i think its the pressure switch your talking about(next to the distibutor) the 1 wire plug will run back to your ecu and connect to your jumper harness, and the 2 wire plug will have one wire got to the jumper harness and one goto a good ground. you will have to either switch your distibutor plug wires over to an Obd1 plug or get a obdo-0 to obd1 distributor adapter. you can buy the distributor adapter and the ecu jumper harness here:

http://www.rywire.com/sitob18c5_i.shtml

your jumper harness will come with instructions on which wres to run where. also your obd-0 engine harness will not plug into obd1 injectors. you must either bypass your resistor box and switch over the obd1 injector plugs to your engine harness, or run obd-0 injectors . I've never tried running obd-0 injectors so i cant give you much info on it, but i would reccommend the obd1 ones anyway- you can find more info on bypassing your resistor box by searching here or honda-tech.com finally you do know you must switch the vtec engine over to your si transmission right? good luck and use that search option
