I've painted some of my cars before in the backyard, and they turned out o.k. I did it with a 20 dollar paint gun that came with my compressor. Does anybody know where to get a better one that will give better rusults? Also, what should i expect to pay for a decent one? Thanks for any advice. My truck hood needs painting is why i'm asking.

 

Check E-Bay --very realizable prices for back yard mechanics
Get one that is gravity feed --- uses less paint
Also try to locate one with multiple adjustment capabilties and preferably a pressure regulator on gun
