Hey everyone. My car has been debadged but it looks like the clearcoat is still on the top of the factory paint where it has been repainted. Both on the front and rear where it has been debadged, there are big rough spots of dried clear coat, at least I think it's clear coat. Is there anyway I can get this off? When I use Megruiars paint cleaner it slowly peels off but it takes forever. Is there anyway to get this off without ruining factory paint or having to repaint? Thanks for any help.

pictures would help. sounds like dry paint. somebody screwed up.
