Does Anyone Know Where I Can Get Installation Instructions Off The The Net Or Anywhere For The Installation Of Coil Overs The Instructions That Come With The Kit Are Very Vague

This helps if u need it... But if u don't know how to change springs then I'd reccomend u take it to a professional. Springs can kill if they let go.

 

Just be safe and use a spring compressor. Rent one at autozone for free and don't risk it.

 

true...a lot safer and sometimes easier with it too. Basically the fact dont you dont worry as much of the thought that the spring could launch itself to ur stomach. Ive seen those things spear into a tree. So spring compressor is GOOD

I'm glad I looked into this thread. I got my skunk2s this week and they are going to go on this weekend. I opened the box and saw that there were instructions, but I didn't read them to see how good they were.

PS. If I am going from coilovers to coilovers, I don't have to worry about spring compressors right? Since the coilover can be adjusted until there is no compression before taking it off. I know it sounds like a dumb question, but better safe than sorry right? So I just want to make sure.

 

you wont need them since you already have coilovers

 

The instructions on that link were for true coilovers though. Are the instructions that come with the skunk2s really that bad???

How do you like them? Everyone says that they are really stiff. I'm installing them tomorrow, if it doesn't rain on us like the forecast predicts.
