Default 1990 Honda Accord project car. Need help!

What's up everybody? I have recently purchased a 1990 Honda Accord project car & I really need some help. 1st of all this is what I want to do, I want to get some 18" or 19" rims with low profile tires, customize the speedometer, tach, etc, & repaint it, put in a system, & install some adjustable coil overs & lower it about 3 inches in the back & 2 inches in the front. What I need help for is what kind of adjustable coilovers should I get? I've seen so many different kinds, I don't want to spend too much money, but don't want junk either. The Type R coil overs are $100 or so for all 4, but others are up to thousands of dollars. Also, where is a good place to get hp parts at & rims? Thanks guys. Oh yeah, can somebody tell me how to install the coilovers? Thanks.

I don't think 19 inch wheels will fit without some really low pro tires and some modifications. You need to decide whether you want big ass rims or speed because the two don't go together really well. Ground Control coilovers are a great coilover at a pretty good price. You should also consider camber kits when going that low too. What do you plan on doing HP-wise? I buy most of my stuff off ebay from reputable dealers, so that would be a good place to start looking for what you need and how much it is going to cost you.
