Default JDM Engine Help and Info????

I'm going to put a B18C Type R engine in my EK Civic and have found loads in the US and a few over he, UK, but I havent been able to find anywhere in Japan, which is obviously the best and cheapest way to get one. Can someone please recomend somewhere that will ship this engine over???? I dont really want to buy one from just anyone as it could be totaly useless.

Also while i have your attention could you clear something up, am i right in thinking the JDM B18C engines are slightly different internally from the US and Euro specs. I been told by some people that they are completley the same, others that the difference is only in the ECU and others that pistons and cams amongst other things are different.

Any help at all on either question will be greatly appreciated.

As far as I can remember, the USDM type R puts out 195hp where as the JDM ITR is rated 200hp. I believe both shares the same B18C5 engine but the output difference could be due to slightly different engine components?? I could be totally wrong.
Perhaps somebody else can clarify this.

They appear to have different pistons. JDM one has higher compression. I'm guessing they had to lower compression for USDM because of the quality of gas (lower octane rating, to be precise) in the US.
