i've already searched and couldn't find anything...maybe because it's so simple, but i need to do a front disc brake pad replacement on my 1988 civic. everyone i talk to says it's super easy, but that doesn't help me much. i'm sure it's been posted already but i can't find it, so could someone point me in the right direction? thanks.

 

Yeah, it is super easy. Buy a repair manual and you'll see, it's all right there, along with everything else you need to know to fix your car. A repair manual(preferably a Factory Service Manual or a Helm's) should be the first thing you buy for your car.
