Also what after market springs can i buy that will keep my cars handling and feel like stock ? I Dont want anything more and i dont have too much dough either

They suck don't buy them. Buy my TEIN springs for 120 shipped.

typically, if i were just to "drop" the car, i wouldn't use coilovers. they're bumpy as hell. i say you can just throw on some h&r springs or some other known company for relatively cheap.

Why is it that people are so torn on this subject? Either, people say don't buy cheap springs, or they say do it.
What is the explanation for this? Past experiences, maybe?
I am just curious because I want to lower my del Sol about 1.5-2.0, but want to do it as inexpensive (not cheap, hehehehe) as possible.

i live in australia , so what are the cheapest springs i can get that will have the stock feel...i just wanna lower it not upgrade handling or anything since cash is tight as im doing a JDM swap !

If you are going to do it, do it right the first time. Suspension is not something you want to be cheap with. I had to pay several hundred dollars for my drop because you have to pay for the camber kits, springs, shocks, and alignment. I suggest saving your money to do it right with the whole package.

exactly. in my 93 accord i had in hs, i bought some maxspeed coilovers. bumpiest ride evar!! currently i run h&r springs with type r shocks. i am gonna get rid of my car so i'm not going to upgrade to konis. :shrug:
