hey! i am really hoping someone can help me.....let me explain whats goin on....i just got this 91 civic hb, i will admit it right now, i am a 'noob' and know practicaly nothing about cars, in general....now heres what i want to do...i want to pimp out this car like no other...for right now i dont care about looks at all, all the exterior stuff can wait, i want to give this car 500 hp or more if thats possible....money is not much of an issue because i will save my money as long as i need to. i want this car completely restored, im talking everything from the ground up. basically i figured that i can buy all the parts(superiorly detailed-every nut, bolt, and wire, even the body and engine top of the line reenforcments) that need to go under the hood at once,im talkin the lightest,fastest engine, turbo, and supercharger available,... then install everything at once....but, i want to do as much of the work as i can myself-no tools here-so i dont know if it can all be installed at once if i want to do most of the work... Then i want to buy all the parts for everything under the car, maybe its called the drivetrain but i could be wrong....(also as super detailed as i mentioned before)...then after all that, i want to do a pimp ass custom interior(also as super detailed as i mentioned)including the lightest, thickest guage roll cage....then after all that i'll do the exterior(also super detailed) with wide light-ass tires with a body kit to fit.
with everything mentioned keep in mind, i want to take out every single peice of unneccesary weight. also keep in mind i am starting from the ground up doing all i can do myself and letting the professionals do only what i cant.
if anybody can help me, which im sure there are alot of you out there, please give me a 'super detailed' list of everything i need to do starting from stock, dont forget youre talking to a 'noob' here.

I had the same hopes and dreams for my car and then realized that it takes forever and I don't really have much technical know how.
I would firstly take that crap D-series out of there and throw in a B18C. Rebuild the internals for turbo and then turbo it. There is so much to possibly do but you got to realize that it will take a ton of time and you have to determine if you want your car to be your money pit for the next few years.
But by the sound of your post, you need to research your options and determine which ones would be best because you can't just slap a bunch of expensive aftermarket parts onto an engine and expect it to go fast.
