Head lights
With the sylvania cool blues there's BARELY a blue tint to the light, and they're still kind of yellowish. I just HATE yellow head lights. I see a lot of cars when I'm driving that have headlights with no yellow. I didn't want my headlights to be deep blue (for the guy that made the Ricer comment) I just want white with a blue tint, which you CAN see while your driving. I just didn't know if all the NON luxury cars (even some junkers) with nice headlights had converted to HID. I wanted to know if there's a bulb that will look white (slightly blue) with the accord stock headlight assembly.
Does anybody know?

Does anyone ever get ticketed for the blue ones? I'm not sure how local laws are everywhere, but in Tx. it is illegal to have a blue or red light on the front of a vehicle. Do cops ever hassle you guys over this, or ignore?
