I see all neat kinds of B-series vtec covers. But i never really see any kind of ls covers. So i thought i would kinda make a custom one. This works on 96+ ls covers.I filled the lines going across. Then Primered it,and painted it gloss black.Looks pretty good!Heres some pics

looks nice man. any future plans of going boost? if so, why dont ya do the orange peel trick. ya know in memory of those vtec peeps.
Not going boost. What orange peel trick is this your talking about?I may build a ls vtec motor over time...I have cams for this motor but i may build a all motor ls engine.

ok well im sure that you're aware that the c5's, c1's and newer b16's have like a wrinkle style finish on the valve covers. now most people that have big boost setups rarely go with a vtec head (at least i wouldnt). i just thought that it might be kinda cool to have the same style valve cover while going boost. it would throw most people off, or might rub it in to those hard core vtec peoples. i guess it wouldnt be considered a orange peel style paint. anyways here's a link on a diy. https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...ht=valve+cover
