Default Urgent Suspension problems!!!

I recently installed h&r sports and tokico blues on my 2000 civic SI, and for some reason the ride is really rough. I have noticed that the rear seems to be really stiff. Is it possible that I installed the rear suspension incorrectly? Was I supposed to cut the bump stops, for a 1 and 1/2 inch drop. Or Is it possible that the H&R sports and Tokicos are just a bad match up? Also I had a question about washers in order to correct camber in the rear. I also installed washers in the rear to correct the camber in the rear, and now they are making noises. Has anyone had any trouble with washers? Any help would nice.

you don't need any camber adjustment.

were you going from stock suspension to the current? if so, it's going to be stiffer...

a 1-1.5" drop should not need to trim the bump stops, but it's not a bad idea just to make sure you're not riding on them.
h&r sports and tokico blues is a very nice match up on the SI, it will be a little stiffer than stock but far from harsh.
make sure nothing is binding or installed incorrectly.
