Buy the mesh you want to use. Take the bumper/fender off. Cut and shape the mesh to the correct shape with about 2 inch extra all round. Then mix up some ready mix fibreglass. Paste it out of sight and leave it to set. Then carefully refit the bumper and invite your friends around to admire your mesh grille!

I actually made a grille for my car. I havn't attached it though, that's goanna be the hard part.
