Default ajusting headlights

quick question how do u ajusted headlights for a 95 civic. the left one points a little to much into the sky. can anyone solve this problem

You should try to move the butt of the light-bulb around a bit.
always gotta try someting out before asking

what if the car has been in a minor fender bender and the housing sits a little off? what steps would need to be taken to readjust the housing?
