haha you don't have to take the bumper off to change your headlight bulb!

in my 6gen you: unplug headlight bulb plug, remove rubber boot cover, remove retaining wire thing and then remove bulb. install in reverse order

I have a 5th gen civic coupe with silverstars. You definitely don't have to take off the front bumper. You might have to move the power steering resovoir to get to the driver's side bulb easier though. That is all.

Yea, that's what I thought. In my 5th gen I replaced the headlight bulbs. Just pop the hood. Look behind the headlight. Pull off the big rubber thing, disconnect the connector for the headlight bulb, pop open the clamp thing that holds the bulb in, and pull out the bulb. Reverse order for install. I also moved the power steering resevoir, it slides right out of it's holder, pretty sure it was designed like that to make it easier. I had a friend help me though cause it was a bitch with the resevoir there.

simple light-bulb change, it even looks the same as your stock ones.

...Make sure you don't touch the bulbs (the glass part) with your hands prior to installing them! If you do accidentally touch one, clean it with isopropyl alcohol and then install it.

It's not that easy if you're a beginner. I remember having my hands scrathed up bad due to the lack of space on the driver side headlight (5gen Civic). Heck, I just installed Silverstar's on the Odyssey, iman it's a pain in the neck to get to the driver side headlight.
