I don't know how, but I do know that anything faster than one blink per second is illegal. Although, it's upto you if you wanna do it or not.

Default Fast Blinker

I purchased a speed blinker relay for my car and my signals blink fast as hell.
Its a simple plug and play set up.

If your car is completely riced out they might not let you go. If it's stock looking then they might. Just beware of the end of the month when they have to make ticket quota, at least in NYC they have a quota they have to meet.

APXLink is right i did it to my car and to my friends car what you need though might cost you. I did it with a soldering Iron and some solder. and a 100k ohm potentiometer.

Here's a Web page for ya.
