you'll have to heat up the silicone again when you close it back up. that way it will reseal itself

^^^ noooo, if you get condensation you have to open em back up, wipe them dry and reseal them trust me its not rocket science. when i did mine last summer i was too dumb to understand the fact that they have to be resealed. i just happen to heat up the silicon to make it gooey anyways and i don't have any condensation.

Yeah, as long as you do it properly you wont have any condensation problems... its pretty hard to screw up the resealing process, atleast that's the way it seemed for me.

they get resealed automatically when the glue melts and you put the cover back on. If you want to be sure, just use some silicone around the edges and seal around the headlight cover.

I suggest buying some extra silicone and using a heat gun if you want to be sure. When you re-construct the headlights, you have more control in ensuring there are no breaks in the silicone if you use a heatgun and do it by hand. You don't want to wake up some morning to find water built up in your headlights!
