Steps on painting a bumper!

I need help on painting bumpers! Which is better? fiberglass or urethane? please help!

Urethane will flex. Fiberglass will break, but is cheaper.

paint on urethane will not chihp as often too as compared to FG

If you have the money for polyurithaine go polyurithaine but if your on a budgit go for fiberglass it is cheap and looks good as long as you take good care of it.
