Default Gutting interior - where to start???

Hey all, im interested in gutting my interior to make my car lighter. I know how to remove the back seat, but what else could i take out to save weight besides the radio - im thinking of taking the foam off the floor, but i dont have any idea on how to go about that . . .

thanks in advance - cash

Start in the trunk and move forward

Sound deadening material can be removed with dry ice or liquid nitrogen

a heat gun works just fine too.seriously dont gut your interior ...its a b16 swap,it can hang with the 15-20 pounds your pulling out..but for your question.there is different stages of gutting.full out is rear pannels, only the drivers seat nothing else.trust me its really not worth it.hell this next car i am about to get is being put back together as we speak.

my bro, Hatchcx bought bumnahs old ride and it has a stripped interior. After riding in it i think i should warn you. Ride quality goes WAY down with a stripped interior unless u plan on becoming a real drag based car, I dont think you will find the minimal loss of weight to be as great as a stripped interior is anoying. Seriusly before you start gutting ur car why dont you try other methods of droping some weight? Do you have a cf hood? Thats an easy way to drop 20+ pounds. Also a stripped interior isnt gonna help the resale value of ur car so ud better be planning on hanging on to it.
