Default Cutting this off

Anyone know what I can use? Those red circles in the pic show u what I need to remove. If you wanna know why, it's so I can fit the jdm side panels and seats in...unless anyone know of any other way, but from what I've heard that's what I have to do.

take a dremal and start cutting them off even, and use a grinder or other abrasive tool and make it smooth. Primer the areas and then paint.

Then grind it fush with a grinder and put some paint over the top of it to make sure it doesn't rust.

I managed to remove the sides. Someone on another forum suggested I use a flat head and a hammer. Guess what? It came off. HAHA...well the middle piece hasn't been getting in the way yet so I'm leaving it. Thanks for the help guys
