Default independent throttle bodies.

would it be worth it or even thesible to have a multi throttle body system on a daily driver? the whole setup is as follows ~2000 for the manifold/tb's and then another 1000 or so for the fuel management and computer setup for it. now would it be economical i should say to use it on the daily ride? does anyone know any info on these systems? any hp gain info? i have found probably 2 or 3 setups that are availible. but little info on them. one of the setups has a resonator box that you can clip on to the tb/manifold and use it for a intake collector and you can run a tube off it to use a filter. well any opinion would be helpful. also if anyone knows where to find a good setu pfor cheaper than i mentioned please let me know! thanks alot!

Some guy in the basement posted his itb conversion on a d16z6 I believe, it's still in progress. I'm still waiting for it to be done. I think it's pretty neat but I'm betting that the gains won't be that great. I'm sure the conversion is expensive.

yeah thats what im looking at...its so sweeeeet. :boink: i think its the same setup that skunk2 used on their NA 11sec car.

i saw that mtv show..its where i got the idea...kinda. he uses it on his ITR RHD daily driver too...but is that not some overkill? heh.

itb's should be the last thing you do to an already fully built NA engine. thats my personal opinion.

5-20??? Where do you get your information? An individual throttle body setup adds 20-25 PERCENT more power to an engine when tuned right.
