I'm new here so i don't really know how to use this site yet. Well, I was going to put a completed zc head into my 90 hb using my si bottom. What stuff do i need to complete my project. Any advices would be great!!

a DOHC ZC cylinder head will not fit onto a USDM 1.6L SOHC engine block.

If you're thinking of a SOHC ZC head, it's installed just like your Si HB head. Get yourself the cylinder head gasket kit from Honda (yes, get the Honda one, the cheap gasket sets are junk), and away you go.

 

I can't confirm if the EW/D15A3 method will work, so I'll keep my mouth shut. It probably won't, but I don't know anyone who has tried it on a D16A6 block.
