I know Koyo is a really good brand. I mean its not that hard to see if parts of the radiator are plastic. Though I don't think radiator material is magnetic though so I don't know how you'd see for sure.

As long as it doesn't leak, it really doesn't matter.

I would imagine a radiator with aluminum tanks would last longer though. I have personal experience with plastic end tanks splitting and cracking.
