Default USDM to JDM D15B non-VTEC

I bought a JDM D15B non-vtec (carbureted) and while switching my intake and exhaust from my fuel injected USDM D15B i found a vacuum line from the intake that does not have a connection on the JDM block. Anyone have any idea what it is for and if it'll hurt to just plug the line?

A D15B is a v-tec that is what I got in my car. Check your engine code because some of them in japan came twin carberated.
