If your talking about the DOHC ZC than definitely not. You can always put SOHC VTEC heads on SOHC engines but it doesn't work with the DOHCs.

Is that Belfast, as in Belfast, England?

Do you happen to have a CRX 1.6i-16?

Well, the ZC or D16A8/9 you have in your car is already more powerful then the D-series SOHC VTEC engines

Uhh... to make it simple, no, you can't.

In a longer, more complicated explination: It may be possible, however noone has even tried it to my knowledge. Since it is possible to mount a DOHC ZC head to an EW (aka D15A) block with minor modifications, you can assume it is also possible to mount a SOHC VTEC head to a ZC block with modifications. This makes no sense at all, since there is no benefit. Plus, you would have to use some weird, non-standard timing belt.

Research a little more before you try to sell people crap they don't need.
