Default Car News!!!

hey everyone... as you know i have/had 3 CRXs at my house. a black Si that i wrecked. a red Si i am using as my donor car to rebuild my black one, and then another CRX that i got and was gonna use over last winter, but never got around to it. Well i just sold that one on Saturday!!.. so im down to 2 CRXS now. which i will be starting the front end swap tomorrow from the black one to the red one, and getting it ready for paint FINALLY

BUT my PT Cruiser is racking up miles fast and its gonna need its 60K tune up soon. So i cant afford to have my cruiser down cause of MAIF, so today i became the proud owner of a 1991 Civic Hatchback Si.

Its red, has 109,300 miles on it, EXTREMLY clean, and in really good shape. it's already inspected, so all i have to do is get tags for it tomorrow and im ready to go. i didnt have my camera with me at a decent hour, i will try and get pics for you all tomorrow sometime. just wanted to let everyone know about my car status :fawk: hopefully will have more pics tomorrow!

Damn... you REALLY like the 4G Civic platform, don't you? I would think a guy would try to diversify his toys a little

FourthGen: yes and no... when i was talking to you about the swap, that was gonna be for a different (more beat) hatch. Then this one came about.. its in really nice shape that i dont want to swap YET.. but i will. just not for a while.

Kai: i really do like the 4G platform.. i dunno why.. i just do. with all the money im putting into my Cruiser and my CRX, i can't really afford 6G civic parts/swaps/repairs. when i get the CRX done and tweak the cruiser some more, THEN i might consider a different gen
