Default intermediary (jack) shaft

ok i now know the 87 integra intermediary shaft will not work on my zc, what intermediary shaft should i have, how would i find the correct shaft???? please help asap TIA i was reading that the 88-89 integra wont work?...???

I've heard only the ZC one works.

anyone have a blown zc laying around that i can buy ur intermediate shaft off of? ill give neone 50 bucks shipped who has one

ahhh im getting such conflicting information, i now have some ppl telling me that u can use the 88-89 anyone know for sure if it is compatable? the 87 definitely wont work anyone know? please help asap

I read some info on some site that only the ZC one did. But for the love of god I cannot remember where I found that but I will look for you...

yah on the zcr.com it says the 88 and 89 wont work and that those jackshafts will only work on the same d series engines but arent the zc a type of d series engine? and this shop keeps insisting that those are the right jackshafts

Yes ZC is a D-series. But maybe by "same D-series" to me that means that engines shaft only fits that engine, not series of engine.

YES the 89 integra does work u just have to redrill the bracket a little to get it to mate up to the tranny of the zc but its quite simple with a high power drill

It has 3 bolts. Do any of them line up? If like 2 of them lined up that would be good enough.
