I checked out your page... Very Nice...
My engine is at 196500 miles and beginning to blow the old white smoke. I saw your ZC sawp and I'm very interested. What is the actual engine serial number or D series number of the ZC motor. I already have an si so i won't need to change trans, throttle cable, mpfi parts, or axels??? Does the a/c bolt right up to the ZC motor or do i need to find a ZC a/c unit. And can you tell me the year of the vehicle and model that that ZC motor comes stock in so I can start hunting one down? Thanx

ZC engines just say ZC on the block...

A/C bolts up

DOHC ZCs came from Japanese model Civic/CRX Sis.

Exhaust manifold from the 88-91 Civic works.
Distributor and plugs are '89 Integra
Belts, timing is '88 Prelude 2.0 Si and the rest should be 88-91 Civic Si
Intake Manifold, I believe the ZC intake manifold is unique, or so I've heard. If not probably 89 Integra.

They never came in an Integra. 88-89 Integras had D16A1s which were similar but by no means the same, and an Integra engine WILL NOT bolt into your 4G Civic.

They came in Japanese Civic/CRX Sis, they came in a couple of European Civics/CRX not sure of the name but they call those D16A8/9 not ZC I don't think.
