Do you still have the wire harness from the ecu to the engine harness?

is that what covers up the spare tire(if you have one) and such?...any pics of what you're lookin for?...see ya...and i'm goin to the yard tomorrow so i'll have a price on that harness you're lookin for

 

I'm going to the junkyard in the morning and here are parts I'm getting if anyone wants some...

-Heater Ducts for non-A/C cars
-OEM Clocks
-Passengerside Mirrors
-Integra MCs (they bolt right in!)
-Sedan Door Handles (for people who want the sedan handle swap)

I can get other stuff to perhaps.

 

shes my girl, so i can answer this for her--yea, its that piece.. its folds so you can access the back.

EDIT: this is only HALF of the cover, this was the fastest pic i could find..but this is only half of it, at the top of the image the shelf is supposed to fold so you can access the rear area... thanks!
