Default new doors?

i know if i wanted to get my car painted i'd grab a new pass side door... to many dents to get pulled unless they all could be pulled

my question is do i have to replace all the interior pieces or can i swap mine in? or can i just some how just get the out side of the door?

kinda weird Q but u get what i mean right?

doors are simple to change I had to change mine after it was hit by a truck. I got one at the yard for 35 and my only problem was it was blue and my hatch is black. The interior part of the door will swap right on to your new door.(:edit: if the year is the same 88-89 or 90-91) Do you have pics of the dents..

unless the dents are really bad, they can prolly all be pulled.

if the dents cannot be pulled or you want to get a whole new door... as long as you get a door panel from the same year CRX, you'll be fine on interior pieces. 88-89 door panels are different from 90-91 because the seatbelt is in the door in 90-91, and its not in the 88-89s...

Default NO NO NO!

If there is no damage to the frame of the door its self (you can tell by tight seems all around the door, then all you need is a new door skin. Open the door and look where the lock mechanism is on the door, you will see cleats where it looks like the metal is folded over the door frame. That is the skin, must have a body shop do it though. Door skins = really cheap, Body shop = not cheap.

Heres what it looks like while changing the door. The fender is pretty easy to take off also. Heres the finished product can't wait to get it painted.

dude... man, i dont think you need to "pull" the door dings. you can prolly get a decent body shop to take them out. you'd be amazed what someone can do with that metal.... but like before you might need a skin. But if you do buy a new door, you probably wont get interior pieces, so youd have to switch em anyway. its not hard so its cool.

i think your dents are fixable.... good luck
