Yea I know its a long shot but I sense your not feeling the hf engine . I did an engine swap into a wagon and the engine is from a std hatch and that poor wagon is terribly weak.........

nah i went to my local engine supplier and kinda lied about the other estimates i got and told them they had to beat it which they did, so i'm gonna get a zc for 735 dollars plus 125-150 for shipping. probably get it in 2-3 weeks i'll let u know when, i think this hf engine is leaking coolant into the cylinders its now smoking white out the back and i have to fill up the coolant every day but itll last until i get the zc in there.

For a longblock or a swap? If just for the longblock, hmotorsonline has them for $525 plus shipping.

yah i thought it was a pretty good price at almost all the other places i was looking they were quoting about 900 plus shipping. so right around 1000-1050 which i thought was a little high
