Default cleaning interior panels

What can I use to clean the years of grime out of the vinyl interior panels? I pulled the door panels out to get a look at the window run channel, and noticed they need to be cleaned. I have lots of simple green, will that work?

if u really want to get into it get a good sponge, and scrub away any grime, use armor-all and make it shine, if its fading u can always use interior paint and redo it completely after washing it off. gl

Take that simple green & make a 50/50 mix with water
spray it on the panel & scrub then dry
always protect the surface after you clean it
armor all is not good to use it not used often
Meguiars Vinyl/rubber protector is good for over the counter stuff

For the run channels use silicone to clean/lube them

might sound wierd but "wet and black" tire cleaner works great! and doesn't make the panels fade or crack..

Thanks for the advice. I washed em down in the shower yesterday to get the dust n stuff off of em, but I wanted to wait and see what yall had to say before I started to scrub at em. So, now I'm off to attack them with a bucket of simple green n water. Thanks!!
