The DOHC ZC doesn't have VTEC. And it would take a TON of headwork to fit a VTEC head on a ZC bottom.

Take a pic of the solenoid so we can tell what you're talking about. It'd be tons easier.

That is the cam angle sensor. It is on the exhaust cam. It's just a stupid sensor that throws a code when it goes bad, and makes your motor run like shit. Zc= garbage.

Hey now, i dont have a zc personally but i'm thinking some ppl are gonna take offense to that, the zc actually has great potential, especially with a forced induction setup, and it doenst have the dangerously high compression rates of the b16

i'd avoid making blanket statements like that in the future. its much better to say: Personally, I dont like __________ because (insert intelligent argument here)

.... :lmfao: :werd:

that was pretty good. i still dont completley get VTEC. Hondas got great power up high anyway, so i dont understand the big deal with having it. i mean i understand how it works, and its cool, but i don't see the need for it really.

but anyway, yea..i asked something like this a little while ago, and was told you cant just bolt b16 parts onto a zc.. sorry man
