this sucks, i just saw under my car for the first time that it was lowered by someone else by just cutting the stock shocks. how ghetto is that? i feel horrible. who could do such a thing now i have another expense to pay. damn.

 

Damn. That's pretty ghetto, but it's also sadly common. I'd replace those things.

 

yah my friends sister had her civic hx lowered by just having her springs cut by one of her friends for free, its the cheap way of doing it but it does ruin the ride a bit.

 

I hate people with cut springs, makes the car look stupid all bouncing around and sh!t.

 

hey...i got some goldline lowering springs for 88-91 civics and crx's...i'll sell em for about 100 shipped...used about 300 miles...lower the car 2.25" all around...later

btw...i paid over 200 for em brand new

 

i would buy them right away, except i have just spent all my money till my next paycheck. i've got projectors, tails, a body kit, carbon fiber hood, seats, custom carpet, short shifter, shift boot, and ebrake boot all in the mail. i am going to buy some when i get more cash.

not really, i am just doing the looks of my car first since it's primer grey right now with a filthy interior. it already has a d16y8 swap and i am putting in the cool air intake tommorrow. i am just doing the looks first. i am not rich so i can't buy everything that i would like at the same time.

and if i wanted to, who the **** cares? it's my ride and i'll do what i want with it.
