What year for silver CRX Si???
There's a mint looking silver CRX Si that I see at school everyday. Some old guy drives it. There's absolutely no rust in the rear fenders and this is MN!!! I haven't checked the mileage yet, but at this point, I'm trying to piece some info on it before I ask him if he wants to sell it...:naughty: So what year did CRX Si's come in silver????
Thanks.
Thanks.

CRXs came in silver in both generations, however I am only sure silver was an Si color in the late 1G cars. Maybe the '88 too, but I'm not sure. Is it a first or second generation body?
Edit: OK, I did a little research for you, looks like the 87 (1G) and the 88 (2G) were the only years that silver was availible on an Si model CRX.

'87 Silver was only available stock with the Canadien SE model, and I'm not aware that any second gens in this country came in silver. I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain the only first gen in silver was a Canadien Special Edition. :dunno:
