question about axles
i need new axles for my hatch because the boots on both of them are busted completely thru. i found someone that has axles for a d15b7 (in a del sol) that he'd sell me for 45 bucks, but i dont know if they'd fit.
anyone know? we're putting a d15b2 in my car (was d15b1). i don't know much about sohc stuff yet, help a brother out!

they may work...since you are moving from the civic std (70hp model 4spd manual) to the civic dx engine, you will have to swap knuckles b/c it had the weaker axles with smaller hub splines (just like the crx hf models)
i'd suggest getting some rebuilt axles for the new engine/drivetrain from a autoparts store...they are pretty cheap when you bring in your old axles (give them the old std's b/c you won't need them anymore)

Blakes '90 is a DX, if yours is STD you will have to do like stated above and get DX or Si knuckles, or preferably EX Sedan knuckles because they had big brakes also.
