Default thought i'd update you guys

the d16 got pulled out today, ZC and turbo will go back in over the next 2 weeks. pics to follow. had some spare time so i polished the crap outta the valve cover to a near mirror finish it will look really nice in there cleaned off the block too. looks like a fresh crate engine

i'm going to do a junkyard turbo on my car's d16a6 (later build a crvtec when i have money and my son is older and can help me!)

but for now its building a turbo for the protege5 (i'm helping a shop contruct a kit so i get the parts at cost and free labor!)

I was thinking about doing a homemade turbo. My g/f grandmothers old Chrysler is about to die and when it does im gonna to see if i can get it from her. I already got my the half mani from my CX now i jsut need the turbo and engine.

let's put it this way...the 2.0 protege engine has little scoot outside of some decent low-mid range torque...a turbo should fix that
