Hey guys. Hope everyone is roll'in safe.
I have an 88 civic. Just swapped my
motor for an obd1. When the swap
was completed, the spedometor cable
was left unconnected.....
Does anyone know where the hell I would
connect this cable? There's not much play on the
cable, so it must be close by, but I have no
idea where.

I would do a search. Not sure though. What motor? Hatch or sedan/model?
Also, why you install a OBD 1 instead of OBD 0. Also, what I'd do is take back to shop & have them hook up your cable since it was hooked up before the swap. What motor you have?

 

Actually, it's an obd 0...sorry..
And the guys that did the swap
are gone now.
Not done by a shop. The two guys
did an amazing job.
I have a sedan model.

the cable hooks up to the tranny. It goes in the back top of the tranny, stick it in and secure it with the pin they removed.
