the heater/ac doesn't work. Do any of you guys have any idea how much it would cost to get this fixed?

Well both don't work? If you don't care for a/c take out the entire assembly save yourself someweight, but I feel your pain about heat I don't have none either.
Start by checking the following things for heat:
-thermostat is in good operating condition
-if so^, take a normal garden hose, and spray water through all the thermostat hoses to clear it of any build-up
-after^, your water pump may not be running efficiently, have that checked
But hope its one of the first two the last is the most expensive to replace.

is it just not blowing. I thought mine had no heat but it worked only on 1 which was unnoticable. behind the glovebox there is a little resistor thing I believe two screws hold it in I swapped it out with one from the yard and its been fine ever since. Hopefully this is your problem so you won't have to be outside for too long. Its a whopping 35 outside up from 7 degrees this morning.
