If by Radio you mean Headunit/CD Player then its easy. You buy the Headunit and installation kit at the store. The kit has wires which you will match up to your Headunit. The wires make it easier since you can just unplug it inside of stripping wires and all that. Then just bolt up the Headunit to the car. It's easy.

Your best bet would be to spend like $10 on a Hayne's or Chilton's manual for the car. They have step-by-step removal instructions, and the rest of the book is pretty handy too... I have one of each. I would post the instructions for the CRX, but my books are back at home.

Yeah.. once you take the front panel off it should just push out... if not there may be some clips. Either the biotch clips that require you to push em in with a screw driver or bent metal clips that hold it in, just unbend em and your set... And I do recomend a install kit since the origonal colors for the wires will not match up to the new wires on the headunit... But I can find that out for you if you need to know as well...
