luckily you guys are in the east. it's friggin annoying. what's funny is though all the cars that have it are hooptie mobiles.

 

I had never even heard of those things until the Bubb Rubb story... I have yet to see (or hear) a car with them installed anywhere in the Richmond or DC metro areas.

 

i've only heard one in Pt. Richmond where I work off of Cutting(ghetto). but if you go out to Oakland near the Coliseum they're everywhere. cops are cracking down now and also undercover cops are citing the muffler shops that put them on. Thank goodness!
