mine is broken, well not broken but the part where u turn it for either hot or cold air is cracked and it sinks in when i turn it..

anyways if i get a new one...how u hook it up/remove em?

 

First of all is it the outer panel that is broken or do you have to turn really hard on the knob? Either one is not good. I have a full 2nd gen CRX panel with AC switch. You need to get the console apart in order to remove the retaining screws for the unit. Getting the cables off is not much fun. You also need to lube the parts that are turned by the knob. The Helm manual has some very good instructions and pictures.
