Hello i just bought a 89 CRX.Its auto.It has 170k miles.Looks all stock.sunroof.Paid 500$ for it.My friend has a 91 crx auto with intake and exhuast.he has a aerospeed muffler witch i think sounds awsome.its really loud.sounds like a pissed off bumble bee.It was a aerospeed muffler anyone no any websites that carrie them?Wood i have to get a cat-back for it to sound bumble bee.?The cat on the car is alrdy gutted.Now i have 2 hondas.anyone no how i can tell if its a hf or a dx?has no Mekings.16 valve.

If it's an auto 16 valve, I'm pretty sure it's a dx.

 

Auto's only came in the dx model. One of two things happened if you have a sunroof, either it's an aftermarket sunroof or someone dropped a diff motor & trans in a si crx. Check the vin, it distingushes the difference (can't remember the # to look at for model).

yes its a 16 valve.the sunroof opens up eletric.everyhintg elese on the car is manualy.

 

i test drove a 86 12 valve crx si and my car feels alot faster :/

 

I could be wrong on this one (don't know 1st gens that well) but I believe that's a 1.3 liter, I think it has less hp too.

 

Any no any websites ware i can get the specs on this car?
