I just bought a CRX and I am wondering what engine would be the best to use in an engine swap?

 

Depends on what you want to do.

Drag race?

Daily quick commuter?

Road racing?

And also how much you want to spend, and what your goals are.

I'll be doing alot of street racing I want atleast an 11 sec or faster.

 

11 or faster? and street legal? umm..

 

No I didn't say street leagal, but I'll worry about that when I get there. I just need some info on engine swaps. I do know I don't want a 8-9 second dragster. Alot of people use the B 16 for the engine swap, but I don't know why they choose the B16 over the B18 and B20
