Default H22a in 91si?????

I had a zc in it but it blew and I've decided to do an H22a I've heard it's a pretty complicating swap in the 4th gen compared to the 5th gen can I get some info on all that's needed to do to make it fit different axels wiring harness, mounts, computer, fuel pump......everything info appreciated

also I know it's way heavy but I'm willing to do the suspension work to correct the understeer info on that would be great also thanks!!!!!!

I don't know of any H-series mount kits for the EF that actually exist.

hasport was supposedly to have a kit for the h22a into an ef...but its besides the point b/c don't expect it to handle well at all...you'll get too much oversteer...an h series into such a small chassis means drag car only

axles- custom

wiring harness- custom modified original

mounts- custom, to my knowledge, plus some banging and cutting to fit

computer- OBD-1 Prelude or custom

fuel pump- any typical high-flow aftermarket pump would work fine.

Now the real issue would be in the shift linkage as you must adapt a Prelude or Accord cable shifter into the car because H and F series transaxles use cables instead of traditional shift linkage. I would pay to see an H22 in a 4G body, though. Have fun, if you do build it you will have fun driving it... or trying to drive it.

the h-series engines lean forward, moreso than d's and b's. its not just the shear weight of the engine. i dont think that there's anything that you could do to the suspension to counter-act that

Talk is cheap....I keep seeing threads about this, but I never hear of anyone actually attempting.

Throw some pics of the install and of the final product up...if you actually attempt it.

ive seen it done to a crx, it was an all motor crx ran constant 10s in NJ. motor was bored out to 2.6l and ran ITBs cause of firewall issues with the fuel injection setup. car came out in import tuner mag. i have the issue. its an orange rex with flames on the front. sick car. ive never seeen an h22 in a 4dr 4th gen or hb. but im assuming its the same thing as the rex.
