If you don't want to rev it over 6800, yes, it is virtually bolt-on. An oil line must be T'd from the oil sending unit on the back of the block and run to either the 1/8 or 3/8 plug in the VTEC oil supply area. VTEC engines are fed oil through an extra port in the head and block, but since the B18A/B Non-VTEC engines do not have this port, the original port in the VTEC head must be tapped and pluged and replaced by the aformentioned oil supply line.

The VTEC engines also have their head dowel pins on the opposite side of the deck then Non-VTEC engines, so the VTEC head must have the 9mm holes opposite their 14mm dowel holes reamed to 14mm to accept the dowel pins on the same side as a Non-VTEC block.

The standard PR4 Non-VTEC head gasket is used for this build.

Not quite, trim levels were year dependant. Here are a few that used the "LS" B18A/B engine:
RS: second and third generation base model.
LS: second and third generation middle model, became the third generation base model around '99.
LS-S: second generation, slight upgrade over LS.
GS: second generation premium model.
SE (Special Edition): premium third generation.

Since the "LS" is the most common Non-VTEC Integra, this trim level designtion became a nickname for the engine.
