alright i got a new battery tonight know my 4G4D has a bad idle how do i get this set right and also i don't have a tach i need to get one does anyone know a store in the VA beach area were i can get one right off the shelves.

 

Have you done a tune up lately, check your vacume hoses and check your timing. I would also change the fuel filter. If you need a tach right away you could try the junkyard and get a guage cluster from an si, any wagons or ex sedans and maybe the lx. Just make sure you get one from your year. 88-89 or 90-91.

 

nope i haven't done a tune up yet the fuel filter is new and what do need to do a tuneup also what can i get to clean the fuel filter.

 

To clean the fuel filter, you buy a new one!!!

 

new problem again now that i got the new battery in this morning it won't start at all.
