swapping obd1 into non obd

Default swapping obd1 into non obd

kinda stuck on this....its an obd1 motor, d15b, jspec. which is vtec. what ecu should we use. people told me the b16a1 ecu, some say the p28 ecu. anyone help out? its a 90 sedan.

I think that D15B VTEC was the same as a D16Z6, so use whatever the Z6 uses.

But also if you use a ODB-0 distributor and fuel injectors you could make it ODB-0.

but you have to ghetto rig the distributor, and i dont know about 4th gens dont htey only have 2 injectors?

and doesnt it need the wireharness from a 5th gen?

You got me. The only 4Gs with 2 injectors were the DX and STD, Si had 4. And then on the CRX side HF and Si had 4, DX had 2.

You can go with the P28 if you want to do a lot of rewiring. Or you can go with the Si harness, Si ecu (pm6?), si injectors and dist. You can make the dist. work, but it takes a little work. If you go with the pm6, you'd have to add in a vtec controller, or an rpm switch. If you go with the rpm switch, you might as well get the 2nd gen teg ecu so you'd have better fuel mapping in the upper rpms.
