I have a 91 hatch with a 94 GSR hyrdo tranny swap. My old tranny was cable now my spedo will not work. I was to use a b16 cable speed sensor but will it work? But one other thing I can get my hands on a 94 GSR cluster will this fit into my car? Thanks.

 

Is your hatch Si or DX? You have a GSR tranny. What motor do you have? I would/ve just used the cable since your car is cable.
Now for the cluster you can use it in your 91 however, you'll need a I believe it's a elecric speed sensor they call it on 92 up Civics.There's a write up on cluster swap in a 88-91 EF's.

It's a DX With a 94 GSR B18 Y80 tranny. I just wanted to go the easy way since this swap was very hard to do. I spent many nights look at my car and saying " This is not a easy swap like peolpe have told me".
